The UN's Human Rights Committee recently publicized its "blacklist" of companies that conduct business activities with Jewish communities and enterprises in Yesha (Judea and Samaria) and the Golan Heights.
The 112 companies on the list are overwhelmingly Israeli – 95 of them. The others are from the US and Europe, and even one from Thailand.
The publication of the list is part of the international BDS campaign, focused mainly in the United Nations, to encourage boycotts of companies supporting Yesha. The companies, which include Airbnb, Citadis, Egged, and Bank HaMizrachi, are well-known to varying degrees, but they all share support for the economy, industry and agriculture in Judea, Samaria, the Jordan Valley, the Golan, and/or Jewish population centers in Jerusalem.
As a public service, we present the UN "blacklist" of companies in the hope that they will be appreciated for their efforts to spur on development and economic growth in the critical geographical areas of Judea, Samaria and the Golan.
Those companies that readers are likely to encounter in their home countries or while visiting Israel are highlighted. We encourage our readers to patronize them – and inform them why you are doing so.
As the Yesha Council of Jewish Communities in Judea and Samaria announced: These companies actually contribute more towards peace than the United Nations has contributed throughout its years of "efforts" in the region.
Supporters of Israel and visitors to Israel: We ask that you publicize this "white list" and do your share to strengthen these bodies that operate in these fruitful areas and produce quality products. Buy products that support the values of peace and economic development!
